I triple bid the 2020 renovation - A complete gutting of my small craftsman kitchen + back deck + minor living room updates. I cannot recommend Acha Construction enough. From concept to completion, Javier and his team were nothing short of on time, on point and 100% collaborative - from incorporating my want of vintage fixtures to caring for complicated old walls to designing a custom pet door - I'm Beyond thrilled with my new kitchen and back deck on my small craftsman and a receive over the top compliments from anyone who walks in the door. In fact I'm going to work with Javier and team again on my next project next year. Highly reccomend!

Javier is the best! We have been working with Javier for about 20+ years now and his work is fantastic. We started working with Javier on a remodel of our master bath in 1997, and he recently (2020) replaced our backyard overhang and remodeled our main hallway. Javier practically rebuilt our house in the last 20 years. What I like best is that Javier listens to his clients, tries to work within their budgets, and is up front about designs that could be potential problems in the future. My wife says that she would keep giving Javier more projects if she had the money. That's the best compliment!
