I used to tan at u tan for many yrs with old owner but now ticked off because I was told, when I specifically asked twice, was their any fees other than for tanning and was told no. When I went back the next day to sign up, they charged me not only a fee, but then get this, a fee for the facility. Why do I have to pay for the guy who owns it, his building and his business? Why doesn’t he pay his own facility fees. Why do we have to pay them? That really ticked me off especially when I was told no and then I got hit with, They want you to buy the eye things they want you to buy Tanning they want you to pay a fee AND a facility fee!! I purchased a special promotion package for red light therapy in December, and I went back in May to redeem a session, and they told me I didn’t have any. They said the special never existed and that I just pre-paid for sessions which is ridiculous. I would never get a special from them again, and you can’t trust them.

I go in and I just want to do some basic tanning. What happened to simple? You go in, you give them a little money, lay in the bed for a few minutes, done. Not here. The most basic tanning “package” is $29.95, but then there is the $29.95 “signup fee”, then they try to slip in a third fee that is not listed on the chart that they will charge you annually.
