These guys at The Flooring Factory were awesome. From the moment we walked into their showroom, they took us under their wing to explain the pros and cons of both laminate and vinyl, which helped us to make an educated decision. Their selection of flooring was amazing, with so many large displays of flooring options.
They guided us through the process for selecting baseboards, and connected us with the installer. We received a very reasonable quote, and they took it from there to send the flooring materials to the installer. We had additional questions, which they answered immediately.

Above and beyond customer service from these guys! Seems like you can get flooring from anywhere, but these guys go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and confident with such an important purchase. Andrew walked us through many different flooring options with so many different aspects to consider. Their expertise in this field is clear from the very beginning.
