Dr. Friedman is the absolute best, hands down. He knows what he’s talking about and doesn’t beat around the bush. He’s helped me so much with my chronic sinus infections when no other doctor was able to, and he helped my kiddo as well when other doctors couldn’t. Super grateful for Dr. Friedman and SCENT!
It is darn near impossible to reach someone outside the Call Center. I have tried 4 times over 3 days to return a phone call. I have been given multiple different numbers and extensions to reach the individual needed. Nothing!
If it wasn’t for the quality of care from Dr. V, I would’ve left the practice a while ago. I’ve waited MORE THAN AN HOUR after my appointed time. The doctor makes it worth it….I think.
I made an appointment with the doctor Amolis. I have had ongoing ear infections, ear pressure problems for ONE year. I told him my concerns and he tells me it is pregnancy rhinitis. I have been pregnancy for 6 weeks. My problem has been for one year. Then he proceeds to tell me this issue is not going to kill me and to hang in there. I let him know that I have been like this for one year and I actually feel okay for the last 6 weeks and he just kept mentioning this issue is common with pregnancy when my issue has been going on for one year. I have been waiting to go to an ENT before I was even pregnant for this issue to just be classified as being a pregnant side effect… read full review
