Would give 0 stars if possible. Got a 10-minute massage and lady said minum tip it 5 colors for a 12 dollar service. Then point to a sign on wall that said tips a greatly appreciated. I told her it did not say 5 dollar minium. Then started getting upset with me want to only give her a 3 dollar tip. Very rude and unprofessional staff.

Been to a few massage places before due to shoulder back pain and by far this is the worst/most expensive massage I’ve gotten, they have very strong hands that leave you with bruises as they don’t use cream or lotion on you, they try to upsell you as much as possible when it’s already $40 for 30 mins as well as demanding a $20 tip. Don’t fall for it there are much better massage places out there.

Asked for a 30 min. shoulder & neck massage, just to get rid of headaches stemming from my tight neck. The woman led me to a table where she started massaging my back. At some point there was a secret swap done, because I eventually realized a man was now massaging me, as I could hear him talking to the woman in some Asian language. Near what seemed like the end of my 30 minutes, the man whispered in my ear, "you so tight, you need 60 minutes". By that time I felt so sore from his very aggressive massage, I thought if I stop now I'm going to leave here more sore than I came in, so I rose up from the table and said, can I get a 30 minute relaxation massage? Can you do just relaxation? They showed me the "menu" again, which I only glanced at, because I was specifically asking for a BACK RELAXATION massage, which the man eventually agreed to So I was then led over to what appeared to be a type of chaise lounge, and he started massaging my foot. I thought, ok, so he's gonna give me a full-body massage & eventually lower the back of the chair. I really only wanted what I asked for -- the back relaxation, to undo the pain he had caused, but I was tired of trying to communicate with someone who seems to not know English. So, I just gave in. And after being distracted several times by aggressive and painful massaging on what apparently is a fractured bone in my foot (had violently stubbed my toes the day before) and his ignoring my complaints, I eventually realized that he was using all of the additional 30 minutes on my feet. I asked for a relaxing back massage and he gives me an aggressive and painful foot massage! Then comes the topper -- I go to pay, and I can't find the $100 bill I expected to find in my wallet -- I only had $60. So I asked if they take credit card & what a shock! - the woman shows me a chart showing their extra charges for use of a credit card: $1 for up to $20 charged, $2 or $3 dollars for next level, etc. So, I hand over the $60 in cash and tell her to put the rest on the card. So then she says "how much tip?" At that point I was thinking, he didn't do what I asked for, why should I give him a tip? And she says, "20 dollars?" And I just gave up and said $15, just to get out of there. So, she charges me $40 for the back massage, $40 for the foot massage (even though a full-body 60-min massage is $70!), $15 for the "tip" (aka, extortion), and $1 credit card surcharge (aka, greed), total: $96 -- for a totally regretful experience. I pass by this place several times a week. I may have become a regular customer, but I'll never return now -- all due to their stupid greed and rudeness.
