Worst experience of my life. I wouldn’t recommend this company on the worst enemies. They have call centers that don’t actually have anyone call you back. They don’t respond to Emails. Or their chat through their program. If I could give him a zero I would.

This is an unreliable tax business . I had an appointment at 11:30. They told me it was gonna be an extra 1 to 3 hour wait because there were overbooked. Talking to clients in the waiting room this is a not uncommon practice for this company. Some clients stated That they were told to come back at 1 o’clock a.m. Obviously they do not value your time makes me wonder if they even value your taxes. Find someone else.

I have been going here for years at first it was tolerable but it's gotten so out of hand with the weight times. Kevin doesn't care about his clients anymore and that's just a bummer because I would drive 2 hours away just to see him wait 5 plus hours he was that good but now I just feel his services have severally diminished and he doesn't care
