I recently had my year anniversary at Pilates plus SC. I have committed myself for about 3x a week except one month (was on vacay) and my endurance, body definition, posture show the love for this studio. I have done cross fit, yoga, dance, running, and more and finally found the workout that I love and look forward to. I am almost mid 50s and its nice to find workout that i like! Here at Pilates Plus SC, I love every instructors (Beth, Sammy, Jaime, Cory to name a few) and their routines are different, yet effective. Cheers to me for many more years and healthier me!

I love this studio so much! I've been coming here for just over a month now and every single instructor I've met is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. They're great about making sure you're working out safely/with proper form.
My first class was with Cory who was warm and kind, and oriented me on the reformer machine. I've also done a private class with Beth who couldn't have been more supportive! They are all awesome, and Lauren in particular is really good about demonstrating all the moves and ensuring you're using proper form.

I have never loved working out so much in my life!! I get so intimidated going to a gym alone or new workout places. Everyone here makes me feel so welcomed and not intimidated at all!! The workouts are great and every single instructor is amazing. I love them all, they are all so nice and helpful and very encouraging. I've been going for a year now and feel SOO much stronger and better about myself! If you are struggling deciding where to try a Pilates class go here!!
