Tracy was great in scheduling a service call within the day when my A/C stopped blowing cold air.
Before coming over, Ken called and tried to get more information in order to troubleshoot the issue. Gave me an idea of what it might be, best case and worst case scenarios. After speaking with him on the phone, I decided he should come over and diagnose it.
