I have been working with Cantrell Aire for over 5 years now. As a facilities professional I rely on my vendors to deliver one stop shop solutions and Cantrell Aire has delivered be it new hvac system installations in new construction, mini split adds for our server rooms, quarterly maintenance, leak repairs, they tackle it all. I have even contracted them to install a new system in my house.On top of their great service quality, I really enjoy dealing with Jim who is honest and hard working.

My 10 year 2 month Carrier unit stopped working on 7/7/17 in the midst of our heat wave. Contacted Cantrell Aire on the morning of 7/8/17. As anticipated , they were booked and had been all week with the unusually high temperatures we've been experiencing. I was given an appointment for next week, but assured if there was a cancellation they'd work me in. Sure enough l was called and told the window of time they'd be there. Received a confirmation call from the technician and he arrived on time. Very professional, knew his stuff and diagnosed the problem. Wanted a square deal on a new air conditioner but was given a few really high quotes locally because I was in a small town. Decided to reach out to a larger area and found Cantrell Aire. Jim Cantrell did not hesitate to give me a quote, even though it was over two hundred miles away. I went with Cantrell Aire - and his quote saved me several hundred dollars! Professional attitude, great work, great prices! Thanks Cantrell Aire!
