Office staff are patient and attentive. The Installer, Carlos, was on time and finished installing the new tankless water heater exactly when he estimated he would! Their prices are fair and their price match offer is stellar. Definitely recommend.
My first phone contact was with Donovan regarding my Noritz water heater. The home is a rental and my tenant had no hot water. The call was on a Saturday of Memorial weekend. My interest was initially to simply buy the igniter as I had talked with Noritz and did a diagnostic over the phone. Donovan explained that they would provide a complete service call to confirm everything and they could install the part the next day, Sunday. Danny was so amazing! I had several things going on at once when he came to install my new water heater. He was so patient while I was taking a Zoom call, on the phone and handling a number of other tasks.
Danny was efficient and so pleasant to deal with overall. He explained everything and even made recommendations that were so helpful. They also have a price match guarantee so I felt comfortable with the quote. He cleaned everything up again when he was finished and checked to make sure I was completely satisfied with the outcome.
