I've had Terminex out for an inspection. Charged me a fortune (5k)! On a friends advice I called Nordhagen & Daughters. WOW, double WOW! If you have money to pi$$ away don't call Cal. He's a straight shooter. Charges $50 to evaluate your problem. If you have termites that live in the ground Terminex will charge you THOUSANDS to pump crap in your soil. Cal was knowledgeable, explained there are termites in the soil all in our neighborhood. Just saying, if you want someone to blow smoke up your arse, and charge you a yearly fee for ongoing inspections call those Termite ppl. You want a SOLUTION and honest man call Cal Nordhagen.
Great service and quick. Use often in escrows. I am a real estate agent in the area and Nordhagen & Daughters always accommodates last min appointments. Staff is friendly on the phone.
