They have always been responsive to all my needs. Since starting with this company many years ago, we have had no problem with pests. All companies should take a lesson from Vertex in customer service.

Thank you John and Vertex for years of great service both residential and business since 2004. John is so friendly in The Las Vegas area and has helped to get rid of unwanted critters. I highly recommend this John and Vertex!
