I first met Steve when he was the handyman for a home I was renting back in 2011. He always arrived in a timely manner and communicated well with me. When I bought my home, I have used Steve for several odd jobs, like hanging a storage rack in my garage and installing a kitty door. He always does a good job.

Mailbox install was rickety in the end and it just keeled over. He may be good for other things, don't recommend for a mailbox install .

I needed a small repair in our shower to replace a screw that was rusted. I called several other handyman, none of which returned my calls or if they did, they didn't show up to look at it as they said they would. Steve showed up on time and made the repair very quickly and neatly. I would definitely use him again whenever I need any repairs around my house.
