Collin is an amazing realtor who helped me buy my first home in the Saugus area of the Santa Clarita Valley. If you are looking to buy or sell or both, Natalie is your best friend! She worked TIRELESSLY to help us process a complex, simultaneous sale of our previous home, and purchase of our new home. Natalie is eager to help in every aspect possible, and helped us negotiate the best terms on all sides - even the other parties realtors loved working with her! And when you work with Natalie, you don't just get a realtor - this lady dialed in with any and every type of related service needed or wanted! We found a GREAT local lender to work with (don't use those online, faceless lendors!!), a termite company (we had to tent before occupancy), a fabulous painter, a fantastic moving company, and freaking awesome packing/organizing/staging company for the open house - all through Natalie! She was in constant communication with us via text and phone when necessary, making sure we felt heard and comfortable with everything that was happening. She always responded quickly to my endless questions, and if she didn't know something (rarely) she would find the answer and get back to us right away.
