I'm SO HAPPY after my 2 appointments today with Big Red Carpet Cleaning! The 1st crew, led by Dave, stretched and reattached the carpet in my master bedroom; then Robert came by and cleaned it. What a wonderful difference in appearance, smell and color. I'd been putting this off for awhile and am really pleased with results as well as the efficiency, professionalism and helpfulness of everyone I came in contact with at Big Red. I highly recommend this company and will use them again!

I have really old carpet and very stained stairs but now they look amazing! Robert was very thorough and paid special attention to the stained areas that I pointed out. The price was reasonable. It’s a good value. He arrived a little early which I appreciated since I had so much carpeted area to be cleaned.

I had the tile and grout steam cleaned. My home is all tile except for the two bedrooms so it was quite a lot and 10 years of dirt buildup. Big Red did an excellent job! Some areas needed going over more than once. It was well worth the price I paid and I couldn’t be happier with the results.
