This was my first visit and I didn't know what to expect. I was acknowledged and greeted by the receptionist while she was helping another patient in which I thought wow... great. While waiting I looked around and seen a sign to take a seat and someone will help me. Great, I took a seat and sure enough a young lady greeted me with a smile... great and checked me in. One of the associates called me back and did some testing on two machines. She was great, walk me through every step which made my experience even better. Dr Carr and his staff are excellent. I have been going here for years. I appreciate the friendly atmosphere, willingness to help, and the thorough exams. I am always very impressed by the service I receive.
Until we moved out of the area I was a very satisfied customer of Vacaville Optometrist for over 20 years. Doctor Carr is great. The office staff is courteous, friendly and well trained. I never had an issue with my prescription or glasses. You are treated like family.!Thumbs up in my book
