We have rented through The Kelly Company and are on year 4 right now. They have always been attentive, wonderful to interact with and have gone to great lengths to ensure our renters experience is a good one. I’m going to give an MVP award to their handyman: Jack. He has always serviced everything quickly and gets the job done right the first time. I’m big on customer service and they have given that- second to none. Our family has had a great experience with them.
DOES NOT Answer my emails. The landscaping around southbridge condos looks like crap, everywhere are weeds. I've emailed them several times regarding this issue and I get no response. My fence is literally falling down and is being held up with duct tape and tacks. I've emailed them several times on this urgent matter and I get no response. THE KELLY COMPANY SUCKS!!! My fence will go up with our without an approval.
