If you ask her if a style will look good, she is honest and supportive of trying new things. She will tell you if something is not a great fit if you don't want to change your routine or if its's not flattering. Her prices are reasonable and her customer service is great. As for the actual salon, it's very clean. They have some upgraded amenities to make your time there feel elevated but never snooty. The stylists and other pros have a nice rapport.
