“On this Veterans Day, we honor both our active and former Veterans. I would like to take a moment to recognize my dear friend Reny Nunag, a Retired Chief Master Sergeant of the Air Force. I have known him since 1998, when I began my career at Elmendorf AFB in Alaska. Throughout significant events such as 9/11, we deployed together multiple times and shared numerous temporary duty assignments. Although we experienced a nearly ten-year hiatus in our military careers after I relocated to California in 2011, fate brought us back together. Reny has been an exceptional mentor, guiding not only me but many others throughout his distinguished career. He supported me during two challenging periods in my life, and his unwavering positivity and determination made everything seem achievable. His inspirational presence has solidified his status as a remarkable friend.

After retiring, Reny embarked on a new journey as a realtor with 1st Realty & Investments Inc. in Vacaville, CA. He recently assisted me in selling my house during an incredibly difficult time, and I want to express my gratitude for his dedication and hard work in making the closing a reality. He navigated through several offers and was committed to securing a fair deal. If anyone needs assistance in selling a home, Reny is the ideal choice. I would also like to acknowledge his wonderful wife, Hilary, who has been an incredible support throughout this process, helping with the organization and moving of my belongings. “Being active duty, usually moving to a new place is informal and straight to the point. When I moved to California, my landlord informed me I’d be working with Cory from the Kelly Company; when I went to pick up house keys, Cory was very organized and attentive. He took the time to explain everything about my lease and the house and was very respectful. Any issues I brought to Cory’s attention he always responded in a timely manner and either answered my question or found the answer! Sadly I’m leaving California, but if I ever find my way back to the Vacaville area I will definitely look to work with Cory and The Kelly Company first!“
