This is a false business. I called the business over 3 weeks ago and spoke to the new owner to discuss services. He told me he would call me the next week to schedule an appointment, never heard from him, call the next week with leaving another voicemail and still no return call. Don't waste your time.

I was a patient. I enlisted a therapist because I had trauma with a Dr, self employed, dating, etc in Sept 2023. I wanted coping mechanisms for stress. On Dec 31, 2022 I was stalked by my neighbor and spoke to my therapist about it and few others. The notes did not reflect our discussion and the zoom recordings aren't available. I filed a grievance to no avail.

This has caused the predator to get a restraining order against me. I had to surrender my firearm. It's been taken for 5 years. It cost me my CWP and professionally.

and my therapist was supervised.

They had a quick response to my message in wanting to set up an appointment. Though I was only able to see Brittany for a short period of time it was exceptional and professional service. I was able to work through several issues with Brittany in the time we had which is a new experience in the years of therapy I have had. If I were not having to move I can only imagine the progress that I could make with the guidance of Brittany. Thank you to such a great group as Positive Change Counseling Services.
