Took my rain gear to get dry cleaned. They don't even perform service here, they use a 3rd party vendor. Went to pick upy stuff, they sent it back because it was not clean. Came back today to pick it up, he said it was ready and it was clean. Picked up my jacket, and it's still not clean. Terrible customer service and even worse communication. I don't see this place being in business much longer. Just terrible.

Don't bring wool here. They don't know how to clean it. I took my bed liner (which is wool) from European Sleep Works and they destroyed it. When I dropped it off I asked the older gentleman if this bed liner wZ something they can clean, he said yes. Some weeks passed and I was wondering why they hadn't called for me to go pick up so I showed up one day. When I inquired about my item he couldn't find it for some time and when he did, it was on the floor. As he passed it to me, I I noticed it had shrunk & the material was full of lint. That bed liner is not cheap to replace.

My Grandma went in to get her fur coat repaired, it had a minor tear. The guy charged her $100 in advance, and then said he tried to repair it but couldnt, and provided no refund!! Reading all the reviews, how isnt there no option to get this guys business reported???!???
