The ladies were very nice. I wanted a gel manicure. They took off the old polish using a nail file only. They didn't use the drill. Sometimes my nails feel like they are burning when I put my hands under the lamp. I was very happy to say that my nails didn't hurt at all. The lady took her time in applying the polish. I was satisfied with the service.

Not amazing. Stopped here since I was in the area. I arrived at 9:34. A teenager girl look at my nails and started cutting them down. I had said acrylic tips with gel. So she starts cutting, and then says a fill will be better because it takes too long to remove. Ok, but she cut some of them too short and we had to soak those for removal anyway! When the older lady arrived, she continued working on my nails. She burnt one of them with the File and then kept jabbing me with her nails, even after i said it hurt. It took almost 2 HOURS! About 45 mins in, an older black gentleman came in and asked for pedicure pricing. He then asked if they offered military/veteran discounts. The girl then said "we don't have time, we have appointments coming." I was the ONLY person in there for almost 2 hours. When I left, not a single other person had come in. This establishment was completely empty when I arrived and there were only two works. The manager-esk lady was very indifferent and barely greeted and the worker that actually did my nails didn't really speak English so I had to go through the manager-esk worker to make it known what services I wanted. The worker that ended up doing my nails took her time (yay) but it tool about an hour and a half for a fill (acrylic). ? The worker said she could fix my nail and ended up breaking it (my natural nails are naturally long) and then she said she'd put a tip on--BUT she charged me 5$ for the tip on the nail she broke.The music was nice and my nails came out OK but I wouldn't...read full review
