I just bought my first house and Mortgage Masters was incredible to work with! Jim was very responsive even on the weekends. He was very clear with his communication what he needed from me and was quick to answer questions. He’s very knowledgable. We went to an open house, got a pre-approval letter from Jim in a day, placed an offer the next day, and we closed in less than three weeks. Jim made it easy to upload documents online. (I never actually met him in person!) They even sent us a personalized wooden cutting board as a housewarming gift. Thank you Jim and Mortgage Masters! I highly recommend them and would use them again to refinance in the future if needed.
