The work Monarch completed was acceptable, not exactly what I hoped for, but okay. What wasn't okay was just how rude the owner / arborist was, and his communication style. He wasn't clear and as a result rudely blamed me for a misunderstanding.

Terry (the owner)treated my husband (who had dementia) very disrespectfully. His crew did a nice job trimming our tree though. They witnessed the way my husband was treated and said they had seen Terry treat other people worse. I do not recommend Monarch Tree!

It feels like there is some kind of dysfunction going on with this company. We had used them for several years and they did a good job. For the last two months they have promised me a time for an estimate on 4 Separate occasions, and cancelled after agreeing to a date and time They have called me about 7 additional times asking if I am home and that they might be available - and they never show. I have compassion for personal problems, but they provide no explanation. I don't know what's happening here, but I am moving on.
