We are so grateful for the care and compassion we received from Audra at McCune Garden Chapel. She was kind, patient, and incredibly attentive throughout the entire process of arranging my grandfather’s services. Audra’s communication was excellent—she kept us informed every step of the way, answered every question with understanding and compassion, and went above and beyond to assist our family with Veteran Services and to ensure all of our wishes were honored. Her warmth and professionalism made a very difficult time a little easier, and we will always be thankful for her support and guidance.

My 2 sisters and I had to lay to rest, our 90 year old father in June, 2024. Since my dad was living in a Memory Care Facility in Dixon, we chose McCune Garden Chapel in Dixon. My sister and I made an appointment with Vince to go over the funeral arrangements. Vince was so kind and sympathetic to us, and was extremely knowledgeable as well, as he has worked with this funeral home for years. Vince made it so easy for us to choose the things we needed to (type of plan we needed, a poem for the funeral program and the coffin we purchased). Vince is just amazing .His voice has something so soothing and calm. This funeral home made this whole nightmare of a experience so pleasant. The viewing of my Dads body was absolutely more than what my sister and I could have ask for. I recommend this place, even tho it's 2 hours from our home. My sister are so grateful for their hospitality. 1million stars ? if they had the option.
