I went to see about a part for a small appliance (waffle maker). Even though they do not work on small appliances like this . I was given some very helpful advice on how I could find one.Thank you Ken's Appliances!

He said it was a bad value and ordered the part. Communication was good for scheduling and arriving soon calls instead of replacing the part he found a clog in the line which couldn't be detected till machine was taken apart repaired it and said no need to change this part so instead of the 200.00 dollar replace and labor he charged me 30 bucks and washer is like new.

Thanks to Doug's helpful advice and the receptionist assistance with parts, I successfully repaired a senior friend's washer/dryer combo unit with minimum time and expense.
