I've had Homeshield come out for the last year ever since I started to notice the largest spiders I've ever seen in my backyard. They always do a wonderful time.
This time I had a small wasp nest inside my shed and Bradon did such an amazing job. He talked me through what he would do to remove the nest, made sure to take his time so the wood of the shed wasn't damaged, and then let me know what to expect over the next couple days as the wasps adjust to having their nest removed. Prompt - thorough - friendly - professional - knowledgeable - on time - I could go on. David and his co-worker arrived on time, as scheduled, kept me informed throughout the inspection process, promised me a report at a designated time and delivered it as promised. His report confirmed previous diagnosis - but his repairs came in at a price that was way below the other guy, and his scope of work included correcting the what caused the problem in the first place.
I’m extremely happy with our service. Been with the company think a year now. I never had roaches and still don’t know how they came but I called instantly. I was petrified hearing stories if I seen a few they’re never going to be gone. Almost a year and after the 2nd treatment never again. Zero none!! Spiders and bugs don’t see. I’m very happy I chose homeshield. I did a lot of research as well before I chose them. And the gentleman that always comes is the same guy which is nice because then your more familiar more personal.
