The refrigerator ice maker water pipe sprung a very small leak. Alex assessed the problem, ordered the necessary parts and replaced the leaking pipe.Service was quick and efficient and I especially like being able to communicate via text rather than playing phone tag. I highly recommend FUSE for appliance repair.

You installed a new, but defective, furnace in a quick and timely manner, and your technicians have all been pleasant and efficient. However, it took several visits by your technicians to finally look into the possibility that the furnace itself might be defective, instead of just working on the weaknesses of our old installation. As it turned out your installation was correct, but the new furnace was defective because of a manufacturing issue. We are pleased with the second furnace's working so far.

Called for a repair check. Came the next day. Was in and out in 5 minutes with helpful info. My washing machine needed to be replaced but that wasn’t because of them. I would call again if I ever need a repair
