This eye doctor has changed her way of doing things. Her office staff is not friendly. They do not know what they are doing. There is a guys in the office that is awful and does not know how to communicate to the patients. They also don’t know how to bill eye insurance . It was the most disappointing experience. I also received the wrong glasses . I can not see and will have to wait to get glasses from another eye doctor. If there is a suggestion please let me know.

I'd been going to Dr. Leong for 13 years when I retired, thinking I would use the Optometry Dept at Kaiser. They messed up two Rx and tried to say it was my fault! I had given up my VSP plan for glasses. I got my VSP plan back and went to Dr. Leong again, and sure glad I did. I've had some difficulties with my vision but he has always been patient, kind and respectful to me, and made the necessary changes without complaint or anger. I won't go anywhere else now!

Love Dr Leong! We were his patients for many years. Unfortunately the last four years our insurance had changed and was not able to continue using him as a provider. After trying two other offices in town I am still disappointed. He is a very thoughtful and patient and would always highly recommend him to people I meet.
