I honestly want to give them 5 stars, but we did run into some issues. First off, William is a great man with integrity and this is hard to find these days, especially with contractors. I trusted William and felt that he was genuine and honest in the work that he and his team did. My big issue, was that it took three different tries to rid the mold from my home, which kept us living out of a hotel for much longer than we should have been. Also, the crew threw away all of our kitchen items and small appliances when they were remediating the kitchen. William was not present, and I also heard that the team leader that oversaw this no longer works at the company. William... read full review
