Hi there! I had an issue with my HVAC system and Ryan (has service area: Sac, Sonoma, Bay Area) added my urgent need onto his day. He arrived promptly, was equipped with booties and repaired my electrical issue in under a minute. He then entered the house and checked each vent and the temp. He ran around the house, was super respectful, thorough and kind. In other words, exactly what I wanted after dealing with a HVAC issue for a day. Thank you, Ryan - for taking an awful day and turning it around. I wish there were more folks like you in the world!
Just had service done from Blue Mountain and being without cool air for the whole weekend was painful due to us not being under warranty made the beginning communication a little rough. But, when Richard came to the house it was a breath of fresh air. He was friendly, helpful answered all of my questions and didn't try to rush the job. He took his time to check off all the boxes on what the problem could have been and at the end of the day it was just a blown fuse and no specific reasoning as to why it blew. Santiago was amazing. My wife and I had trouble with our air conditioning system the moment we moved in. We could tell it wasn't working like it should, since the system was brand new. Santiago not only tested out our entire system but diagnosed the issues until he found the problems. He explained everything with details and answered all our questions. Im so glad to have our A/C working this summer and if I ever have a problem I would inquire about sending Santiago specifically. He’s very technical and understands his stuff but explains it to me in a way I was able to understand. 5 stars all the way. Great job, please give this man a raise. He is an all star!
