Ron Barrows came out and repaired a exit door arm that was detaching from some weak material. He found a better way to install to avoid any future issues.
He was punctual, updated me when done, and even made some final adjustments to our preference with no problem. Great Job!
Nate provided prompt and efficient service in trying to figure out issues with our car gate and made appropriate recommendations when the source of the issue could not be identified.
Ron called and provided me an eta. He arrived on time and was quick and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me the issue and how to correct it in the future. I would definitely recommend Ron and R&S. Thank you!
