Very unprofessional. Did not fix the automatic gate, demanded payment after 2.5 hours - doing what I do not know. Nothing significant. One guy. No answer when I call office, no answer to my emails. Door Pros came in after them and fixed the problem in 30 mins for 1/3 of the price.

I bought a door via Lowes, these guys measured and confirmed door dimensions 8/1. Around 10/10 I called Lowes to see what the delay was. They all claimed "someone" dropped the ball. A1 never answered the phone or my voicemail. On 10/27, the door finally shipped. Lowes then informed me it would arrive by 11/10. It's 12/10 and not scheduled yet. Lowes claimed A1 is no longer handling the door but they don't seem to know who is. A joke, five months later.
