The main water shut-off on my house was plastic and old and I was unable to even close off the valve in the street. LaSalle made an immediate appointment (not weeks out like everyone else), showed up on time, replaced my house valve with new brass, tested it all and was done quickly.David was courteous, competent, confident, cost-effective, and I will definetly call him for my next project, replacing a fifteen year old water heater and associated plumbing. The man that owns this business stole $100.00 from me!! He operates out of his home with no physical business address. He was to fix a hot water pilot light heater issue for $140.00 with a new part. The bonehead plumber he sent out presses a button on the Honeywell electronics, allowing the heater pilot to light, charges me $100.00 "minimum charge" and drives off.
Five minutes later I check the unit and the pilot light is not lit and will no longer stay lit. After waiting a day I call Mr. "La Salle" and explained the situation, and ask him to come back out and fix it properly with the new part for the quoted $140.00. I never received a call back!! This business is a fraud, and I also am claiming elder abuse!!
