Great customer service. We had our 2 doggies mom and daughter groomed here and they are wonderful people here. They care about your doggies needs and love them. I want to give a special thanks to Upland pet grooming because they are amazing! I do not live in the area and I’m a first time customer, but I will definitely be using them again because we rescue a lot of dogs from the shelters in the LA area and I came to do a drop off for an English bulldog who was going to his forever home And I was googling a bunch of grooming places because he was covered in dog urine and feces and he comes from a very neglected background very bad skin issues and he also had trust issues. So Tink Tink is one spoiled little girl and Ms. Joey always goes above and beyond with her. I think my baby gives away my kisses to Joey. I absolutely love that she takes the time to make sure that Tink Tink is well groomed from head to toe. I will not allow her to be groomed by anyone else.
