He took x-rays before we proceeded and knew exactly where to start. He took me off all meds and gave me some stretches to do, along with an office visit 2x a week for 3 weeks. “I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I came to see Dr. Yola because I couldn't move my neck. I had severe pain and stiffness radiating up to my head and down my back and right leg. The pain was so severe I couldn't sleep or sit or find any relief. After my 1st session I was able to sleep by my second session I was able to turn my neck and by the third I was back to having normal movement with out pain or popping pain pills.
