Just had my 30 year old furnace and air conditioner replaced by Jon and Jose of Steve's 5 Star Service and couldn't be happier. First of all, the installation went smoothly. They completed the job in the estimated time and everything worked perfectly. Second, they cleaned up so you would never know how much work had to be done. Third, I was surprised with the technical improvements that have been made in heating and cooling systems, particularly in the controls the new system came with a thermostat that uses a wireless second sensor, both of which monitor if rooms are occupied and adjust temperature based on history. Super pleased with results.

Got my water heater replaced and updated to code. Job started and ended the same day as the estimate. The price was not as much as I was expecting. Couldn't be happier with the service.

Prompt service and great customer service. We had a leaking faucet, had another company scheduled to come but unfortunately was a no-show. We called Steve's Plumbing around 2 pm and they were able to schedule as in for after hours services. Robert was able to come in a bit earlier than expected and fixed the problem efficiently. Hopefully we won't need then anytime soon, but I would call them again should we have a need for plumbing services.
