I had a terrible experience at Patricia's Hair Salon. I went in asking for a blonde color, but my hair ended up a lavender shade instead. When I asked the hairdresser to fix it as soon as possible due to the urgency of my situation (I couldn’t show up to work like this), she refused.
I reached out to the owner, hoping to resolve the issue, but nothing was done. Despite their mistake, they refused to offer a refund or any compensation, leaving me with a $300 bill. I had to go to Ulta afterward and pay an additional $160 to get my hair fixed.
The customer service at this salon is horrible. They did not care to make things right, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Save your time and money—do not go to Patricia's Hair Salon.

Thank you for your response. However, I want to clarify a few points regarding my recent visit. While I appreciate the stylist’s effort, there seems to be a misunderstanding. I was not asked about the undertone of the toner, nor was there any discussion around it during the consultation.
I would like to reiterate that my dissatisfaction stems from this lack of communication and not being given the opportunity to have input in the process as I had expected. I value the service your salon typically provides, but in this case, my expectations were not met.
