I've been here once before and decided to try it again. So booked a couples massage for later this week and was sent an email confirmation. I was unable to respond right away to a lady named Jackie because of work and after a total on less than 40 minutes, I got an email that she decided to cancel my appointment on her own. That is horrible customer service and does not make sense. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I was pleasantly surprised with our experience today. My maid of honor booked a massage for her and I and a facial for our daughters. We had a private guest room for 3 hours which was very relaxing. My massage was done by Jasmine and I can say hands down one of the best massages I have received in a long time. We already booked our next appointment before my big day. Also had a nice departure with candy offered by Corina. She was sweet and caring.
