Sitting comfortably in my new home thanks to Tereza Quesada and Carlos from Keller Williams! We met with several realtors and ultimately leaned more towards Tereza and Carlos based on how authentic, easy going and honest they were from the very beginning. We got very lucky to find realtors that were so knowledgeable when it came to negotiations, inspection requests, contract details, you name it! I love how they went around our busy work schedules and provided multiple listings for us to view with paperwork/ details for each home in a folder.
