Amazing customer service—highly recommend! My AC broke on a Saturday night during a heatwave. After finding out other companies were closed or booked for days on Sunday, I called Infinite Air Solutions. They had a technician at my house in less than 30 minutes. When the tech realized he didn't have the required part, he called a colleague who did. Even though that second technician had the day off, he drove out within 15 minutes to complete the repair. Huge thanks to both technicians for going the extra mile to get my AC running again!
I contacted infinite Air solutions because my AC was humming. Zack came out the same day to diagnose. Turned out to be the fan motor. Zack was friendly, very responsive and answered all my questions. He scheduled service immediately once I was ready, and was completed fairly quickly. He gave me recommendations for future services and how to help keep my house cooler. I appreciate the attentiveness and how quickly Infinite Air was able to help me with my repairs. I’ll definitely recommend and I will be using them for all my future AC repair/service needs.

I explained our predicament and she was very caring and asked if someone could come to our place tomorrow! Wow! How many places come out on Sunday at 10am? No one. Zach shoed up at 10 and found two defective parts. The AC was up and running within...read full review
