I was very impressed for my first time being here. The staff was professional, the place was clean and my massage was great! I recently started working out so I was sore and my therapist continually checked to make sure I was okay. Reasonable prices too... I'll definitely be back

This is the perfect place! It’s hard for me to schedule massages due to my unpredictable schedule. So usually I have to settle for massages that are easy to schedule and with ok masseuses. This place was easy to schedule and the massage was incredible! One of the best massages I’ve had! Sam was my masseuse and has the most skillful hands. Thank you, Sam!

I really enjoyed my first experience at Foot & Body Spa in Upland on Foothill and San Antonio across from Upland HS. The facility was clean and relaxing. My massage therapist was excellent and thorough during our 90 min full body massage, cupping, and hot rock therapy session. The price was reasonable and will be a regular customer.from now on. My body feels much better after the treatment! Thanks!!
