Felix is a Scammer ! He had a worker come to my home and the work was terrible then I ask the worker why he looks so tired and he told me he worked two different jobs the same day for Felix and that he was only getting payed for one of the jobs do not trust Felix to do any of your flooring.

This guy does not pay independent contractors and takes advantage of them. Completely ghosted someone over 3,000$ I would never trust them to handle something reliably and responsibly. Small businesses shouldn't scam others. So sad

Felix helped us with a bath remodel. Flooring and quartzite on shower, tub, and counters. Felix was great at responding quickly and to every issue that came up. He is honest and fair. Love my bathroom!

Negative stars if possible. These people are crooks and owe us a couple thousand dollars. The owner of the store (Felix) took our product and handed our company a check that bounced and they are now ignoring our calls. We sent out the sales rep for that store to try reasoning with them and they still refuse to pay. Please be careful when working with them! They will take payment from their customers (end-users), take product from floor distributors, install it in the homes and never give the distributor their money for product! If they were transparent about not having the money to pay, or money troubles we would have worked out a payment plan with them as a courtesy, but they have pocketed the money completely. They definitely burned the bridge and we hope this helps other distributors from getting scammed from them.

Carpet Depot in Upland is top notch from start to finish. I explained to Kimberly at the shop that my mother's house had a water leak and termite damage that just ruined her laminate plank flooring downstairs. When they came to the house to measure, they brought my mom samples of flooring that was recycled PVC and looked like wood planks. It was perfect for her because it is water proof and termites won’t eat through it, which she was very afraid of. They workers did such a great job! They worked super fast and efficiently. They cleaned up when they were done. They were very polite to my mother. The floor is beautiful! When my mom is ready to carpet her stairs and all the upstairs bedrooms, she is going back to Carpet Depot.

Great company. The prices were the best anywhere, and so were the employees. Installers did a great job in half the time we expected. When we're ready, they will definitely do the rest of our house.
