Despite occasional lunch breaks, the staff is consistently responsive and ensures that all concerns are addressed.
I been coming here for over 7 years and I always have gotten great medical attention. I have a PA and she is amazing!!!!!! They are all amazing staff if very kind when they don’t pick up it’s prob because they take lunch from 12-2 but they always call u back !
I've been a patient at BenaCare for many years! I should have written this review years ago! The entire staff is amazing! My entire family has been seen by Dr. Benavidez and Daicy! They both have awesome bedside manners and genuinely care about your health! When my youngest was a baby, Dr. Benavidez did her well baby appointments! I can't say enough wonderful things about this medical center.
I have an easier time getting in contact with a state government than these guys. Every time I call it says they are busy. I have never been able to get a same day appointment. I always have to go to the urgent care to get seen. It shouldn't be this way. I always have to call back for results and they never follow up. I have to do their job for them. It wasnt this way with Dr Olivares.
