BenaCare Medical Center is a highly regarded healthcare provider, known for its exceptional medical attention and kind, attentive staff. Patients praise the clinic's amazing doctors, including Dr. Benavidez and Daicy, who demonstrate excellent bedside manners and genuine concern for their patients' well-being. Despite occasional lunch breaks, the staff is consistently responsive and ensures that all concerns are addressed.
Dr. Daicy is truly amazing. She takes the time to listen to your concerns, is honest, and provides excellent care. My experience with her has been wonderful.
Unfortunately, the office's communication has been extremely frustrating. Every time I call during normal business hours, I'm sent directly to an automated voicemail that says the office is closed. It's incredibly difficult to reach a staff member. I've also sent two appointment request emails and left multiple voicemails, but I haven't received a response or any follow-up.

I been coming here for over 7 years and I always have gotten great medical attention. I have a PA and she is amazing!!!!!! They are all amazing staff if very kind when they don’t pick up it’s prob because they take lunch from 12-2 but they always call u back !
I've been a patient at BenaCare for many years! I should have written this review years ago! The entire staff is amazing! My entire family has been seen by Dr. Benavidez and Daicy! They both have awesome bedside manners and genuinely care about your health! When my youngest was a baby, Dr. Benavidez did her well baby appointments! I can't say enough wonderful things about this medical center.
