    I've come to this location before to when my son got his glasses and the service is always great. However, this review is really for the assistant Erika, who helped me with my frames and lenses. Not only did she provide me with PHENOMENAL customer service, she was also patient, amiable, and very professional! Thank you so very much for your help, would definitely recommend her and Dr. Leong to anyone of my loved ones!

    Brought in my expensive sunglasses to get progressive prescription, the lady that took my frame never said anything about they are not liable for any damages, one week passed and they called me that they cannot put prescription on the lens, I went and picked up my frame and one of the lens is missing, they broke it and nothing i can do, they issued my refund and it's $10 short, not going back there again!

    Had a great experience at America’s Best! The whole team was super nice, especially the manager—she was so kind and helpful. The doctor was awesome too and explained everything really well. Definitely recommend!

    I have been a customer of Americas Best for approximately 7 years, and have generally been very impressed with their service and prices. My last experience tho has been terrible.

    First, I took in my Ray Ban sunglasses to get prescription lenses. After being assured that they could do the job, I spent around $200 for the lenses and assumed everything would be fine. I received the glasses two weeks or so later and they literally would fall off of my face. When I took them in to be adjusted they did their best to adjust them, but were unable to get them tight.

    The store employees apologized and told me the frames I had wouldn’t work with my prescription. I was disappointed as I had lost over $200 on the lenses but still needed the sunglasses. After speaking with the store manager to confirm the new frames I wanted to purchase would work, I purchased new frames and lenses. This was the same manager who had tried to help me get the other frames adjusted with no success. She assured me the ones I was purchasing would be adjustable.

    I don’t live in California but travel here often so I asked them to ship the glasses to my house. They agreed and after paying the shipping fee I had them at my house a few weeks later. I opened them only to find out I had the same wide framed issue. The glasses would not stay on my face.

    Since I dont live near this store I waited to bring them until my next trip. Unfortunately it took me a number of months to get back. The glasses didn’t fit my face so they sat in the case brand new and untouched until I could get back to the store to have them look at them for me.

    I went back today and again the manager did her best to adjust them without any success. I asked her if there was any chance I could get a refund or a discount or just anything towards another pair. If the sunglasses wouldn’t work I was willing to take something towards just another pair of glasses. I just got a call saying there is nothing they will do for me. After two pairs of glasses and approximately $500 I have two pairs of prescription sunglasses that do me absolutely no good.

    I’m not the person to leave this type of review, but me losing $500 with an issue that I clearly explained and worked out with the manager is unacceptable to me. She assured me these would work and they do not. I absolutely would not go here for prescription lenses/sunglasses ever again.

    Went to americas best in upland ca for the first time even though they were under staffed the service was excellent first of all the exam went smoothly the Doc was great she answered all are questions and didn’t try to hurry us out of there . second we pick out some glasses we were helped by Pablo he was great helped us get fitted for glasses cant say enough Good things about this place very Great experience. That I recommend my Daughter to Americas best in upland ca she has her appointment coming up . Again great customer service i would give it a 10 star if I could……..

    I had a horrible experience with the staff - when i took my eye glasses back to have them fixed because i am getting a glare - which i purchased - the manager is out and has not given me a call regarding the issue with the glasses. i have called several times but the manager is not in.
    the staff seems unwilling to help - thats their job!

    I just picked up my glasses at this location and I'm very happy for the service I was given at this location. The Dr was amazing and the staff very knowledgeable and professional.
    Cindy the manager dispensed my glasses and made me feel at home.
    I will definitely come back again and will recommend this place to family and friends.

    This is my second visit to get glasses. Everyone that I dealt with starting with the doctor, her pleasant professional manner, the detailed testing, the short wait, and Pablo's knowledge and professionalism, pleasant manner, and lasting their very competitive pricing. I highly recommend
