Worlds Yoga in Union City is my sanctuary. I have been practicing yoga in this location since 2012 with my mom. One of the many reasons we had purchased a home in Union City is because of Worlds Yoga. Practicing yoga completes me as a human being. My soul craves every movement of yoga. I love the online classes. They are live and interactive. I still have the sense of community as I get to see my class mates and catch up. It is great that I still get verbal corrections when I am doing the poses correctly. This helps me to stay safe and it saves me traveling time and cost of gas and I lessen the wear and tear on my car.

My wife and I were members here for over a year plus. Bc of scheduling and occupation locations we unfortunately had to stop. My wife and I were coming here 2-3 times a week. We enjoyed and loved coming. The difference instructors each brought their different styles. We were always able to get a great sweat which let us get rid of our toxins. We also started to sit up correctly as well. We miss this place.
