Friendly, very knowledgeable, professional care. Dr. Siu is great. It is a smaller office, but they are above par and it is worth working around their partially limited schedule. They are very caring, honest, good at what they do, and will provide the best for you without price gouging!

Called here this morning and the friendly front desk lady made an appointment for me on the same day. They accepted my insurance which was great because I called around a few places which didn't take MetLife. I arrived at 4pm for my appointment with Dr. Siu he was very knowledgeable and got me and in and out in 30 mins. We had a good chat and he hooked me up a great pair of eye glasses. I can't believe I've been holding off on wearing glasses for the longest. 5 stars for the fast and friendly service. Thank you!

My parents have been going to Dr. Cesar since the early 1990s and my family has been going here as well since early 2000's. Even though we live in Hayward, we make our way to Dr. Cesar because of the very welcoming and family like atmosphere he presents. Top-notch customer service and health/optical care. On another note, I appreciate Dr. cesar and his volunteerism with the community. He donates a lot of his time and openly gives free glasses too many people in need. Whether in South America or at the Homeless Shelter where I work as a Social Worker.
