Ever since the San Jose Fuso Mitsubishi closed, it has been a nightmare to service my Fuso truck because I had to start dealing with this company Pacific handling that seems to not care much about the customer or simply does not want to deal with Mitsubishi services. I have gotten quotes from them twice and they have given me a price that is generally at least $500 more than other Mitsubishi dealers, and every time I need a quote from them, it always takes a whole day or even 2 or 3 days to get a response.
Just yesterday they gave me a quote of $1000 for an oil and filter change, while at two other dealers the price is more or less $500.

Horrible service. Don't know how their manager or boss train their employees to maintain running a business. Just horrible all around. No one ever get back to me and for crying out loud there is business to be made here, well they didn't care so I went to Toyota.
