i saw jodie duncan today nurse practioner. i give her 5 plus 5 more stars. she was simply amazing and kind and professional and smart. she answered all my questions and made me feel at ease. my primary was book so i saw np duncan. ive always had a wonderful professional experience with kaiser. i thank them so much for always being there for my health needs. kp union city you guys rock! i love san leandro kp as well but union city is close to where i live in hayward. 5 thats amazing for a jersey girl to give you 5 stars! you guys must really rock!!

I went to the Optometrist Department to get testing done. The Indian clerk Kanagalligam Kumuthini asked me if I was coming from Oakland for my testing. As a 59 year old Africa American, I felt that question was irrelevant and rude and a slight discriminating. I've lived in Hayward since 1980. My chart has my current address. My primary is Dr. Cualoping, whom I love dearly, and all of my services are at Union City. Why would she ask me that? If I were Asian, white, Indian, or Latina, would she have asked that same question? I'm not making this bigger than it is, but I felt very uncomfortable with her asking that question.
