I called Lenses and Frames when they opened at 10:00am on Monday morning. I had an urgent request. The lens fell out of the eyeglass frame. The glasses belongs to my 90+yr old mother. She cannot see without her glasses. I spoke to a very kind lady by the name of Myra. She said to bring the frames and lens in to the office and she will see if she could fix it. This was my first visit, I entered the office and Myra greeted me right away. She analyzed the problem and set to work with her magic tools. Nice selection of frames at an excellent price. I've ordered glasses from Costco, Walmart and Zinni over the years. While Zinni probably has the best prices, I still missed being able to try on glasses and have someone else help me select frames. I found the best of both worlds at this store. No long lines like at Costco, better frame selection than Walmart, and better pricing than either of those so-called discount outlets. I received personal attention and fittings, selected a nice pair of frames, and received my glasses within a week! I was also thanked for supporting a local business which made me feel good. Spread the word!

The Staff at this vendor are so nice. They were very observant of all safety precautions, and very professional. The friendly conversation put me at ease and helped me feel right at home there. My glasses were repaired very quickly and with meticulousness. I cannot say enough good comments about this place.
